CUT-OFF DATE:

All rooms must be booked by August 27, 2018. Rooms will be released back into the hotel circulation for resale to the general public after the cut-off date and the preferred rate will not be guaranteed after this date.

3:00 pm - early check in may be requested but cannot be guaranteed.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Individual reservations make under the group block must cancel at least 48 hours prior to the arrival date to avoid penalty.
